Since I'm such a small business, I often hand deliver the arrangements I have made. In a way, I love that most customers think I'm only the delivery driver, not knowing I have anything to do with the whole process of selectively picking out each flower then processing and organizing them into a perfect one of a kind creation. It's kind of like I get to be an undercover boss (for myself!!) when I make the delivery. There is nothing more rewarding and affirming that I'm knocking it out of the park than hearing people swoon over my arrangements long after I've left their doorstep, not knowing that I'm the one that put that baby together! I witnessed a very enthusiastic reaction today by a lady that had a couple friends visiting. The enthusiasm was priceless.. like a kid in a candy shop...or me at the flower market! My surprise visit seemed to make her day, and I know it made mine!! #winwin
